The Mauviel  10 qt. / 2.5 gal. stock pot & lid allows you to cook with unsurpassed heat conductivity and control thanks to it's 90% copper, 10% tin lined stainless steel construction. This collection features classic stainless steel handles, stainless rivets, a polished copper exterior, and an 18/10 stainless interior. The cookware has a thickness of 1.5 mm, and the copper exterior allows for superior heat conduction and control.
