Unwanted items can be returned as long as you let us know within 14 days from the original purchase date. The goods must be returned in ‘as new’ unused condition in their original packaging with all accessories. Used goods returned may be subject to a restocking fee/or may be rejected if not re-sellable this does not effect your statutory rights.

It shall be the purchaser's responsibility for the costs and safe return of the goods purchased.

PLEASE NOTE: Whilst our items have 'FREE' postage, this does not mean that it doesn't cost us money to send the items to you. Therefore we reserve the right that if you have ordered the item incorrectly or no longer want the item we will at our discretion minus the following amounts (based on normal mainland UK addresses, non mainland and non UK maybe more):

Faulty goods returned under 30 days of purchase will be exchanged or refunded if no stock is available. Faulty goods returned after 30 days of purchase will be repaired, exchanged or refunded if no stock is available and dependent on the manufacturers warranty procedure.
