All of our refurbished items come with a 6 month warranty for breakdowns or malfunctions. Except damage from misuse.

You will receive your order according to the chosen delivery method within 48/72 hours if the order is placed before 10am. How do I track my order? At any time you can track the status of your order from your Ebay account. As soon as your package is shipped, the tracking number is updated. You’ll find this tracking number in the order tracking area of your eBay account.

	I want to make a return, what should I do? You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your product to notify us that you would like a refund. Please contact us via ebay courier. Our returns policy is flexible. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the order, the buyer is responsible for the return costs. Any incomplete, damaged returns will not be exchanged or refunded. Refund is made within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the product in our workshops.
