1. All items will be shipped to the address specified in your eBay account. Please ensure your shipping address is updated and accurate at checkout. Registered Australian addresses only.

2. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received and cleared. During extended holiday periods, we will update our store with relevant information regarding order times.

3. If you do not receive your item within 15 business days, please contact us before leaving neutral or negative feedback. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return an item purchased from us within 30 days of receipt (or 12 months in some cases), we will be happy to assist with a refund or exchange. Reasons for return may include:
