Note the red letter: 0.1S represents 0.1 seconds. You must choose the
time unit of 0.1S. Incorrect operation and setting of other letters S, M
and H for the controller time can cause burnout of the electromagnetic
motor. Time unit must be selected as 0.1S!
The red letter 0.1s on the controller is the time unit milliseconds, S
is seconds, M is minutes, and H is hours. |

The first two digits are configured to 50, the corresponding time unit
is set to 0.1S (milliseconds), and the last two digits are configured to
50, and the corresponding time unit is set to S (seconds). This
configuration indicates that the machine will operate for 50 seconds,
pause for 50 milliseconds, automatically restart, operate again for 50
seconds, and then pause for another 50 milliseconds. To achieve
continuous operation of the machine, the first two digits should be set
to the last two digits should be set to 99, and the corresponding time
unit is set to H (hours). This setting allows the machine to run
continuously for 99 hours.

Working Principle |
|
Food grade sodium alginate in raw materials chemically reacts with food
grade calcium chloride in water and reactive materials solidify in a
spherical shape. |

Operation of popping boba balls machine: |
1. Foaming raw materials, drinks, juice, main ingredients are added
proportionally and mixed evenly with a blender.
2. Put it into the refrigerator for 12 hours of cold precipitation to
remove the foam.
3. Put the materials into a certain amount of boiling water mix them
evenly, put these materials under the funnel of the machine, note that
the temperature is about 40 degrees Celsius.
4. Pour the juice into the measuring funnel of the machine.
5. Press the machine start switch and press the machine dosing funnel
switch to start production.
6. Take out the formed popping bead product with a strainer and wash it
in pure water in the second sink
7. Put the cleaned popping bead product into drinks or milk tea to enjoy
it. |
