 Warranties:

  • H&H Overstock is not a manufacturer's dealer. Please contact the Manufacturer directly with item Model Number and Serial Number (see data plate photo) for Manufacturer's Warranty and product information.
  • H&H Overstock provides a limited warranty on parts and labor for the first 30 days from date of delivery. H&H Overstock assumes no liability for improper installation or misuse of this product.

 Payment:

  • Review your order details: shipping address and phone number before you pay.
  • Select your eBay payment method.
  • Select Local Pickup (will eliminate shipping fees) or Shipping (will add shipping fees).
  • Payment must be made within 4 calendar days of purchase or eBay will automatically cancel your order.
  • We accept Cash or PayPal Payments for local pickups.

 Cancellation:

Freight Shipments:

  • H&H arranges to ship large or heavy items safely with an insured LTL Freight Carrier.
  • Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States.
  • We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Internationally.
  • Buyer must provide complete and accurate: day-time Phone Number and Delivery Address.
  • If shipped to a Business Address, please include Name of Business and whether or not this business has an unloading dock or forklift or needs a lift-gate truck.
  • Buyer warrants that the delivery address will be accessible by the Carrier's equipment. If the carrier equipment cannot deliver the item, buyer agrees to pickup the item from the carrier's terminal.
  • Once your item(s) is picked up from H&H warehouse, we will enter your Tracking Number and Carrier Name in your Ebay Purchase Account - Order Detail. 
  • Normally, allow 3-10 business days in transit time.
  • Buyer must track your shipment. Once the product has arrived at the freight terminal near you, Buyer must contact the Carrier's Customer Service to schedule delivery to your address within 48 hours.
  • If the delivery is not scheduled with 48 hours after arrival at carriers terminal due to Buyer's lack of communication, Buyer will be responsible for any storage fees.
  • Carrier will provide Curbside Delivery Only! Item will be set on ground at the end of your driveway.
  • Service does not include moving the item into your garage, home or other personal or business space.
  • Ensure that you have sufficient personnel and equipment to handle heavier items.
  • Packing/Crating materials will be required to return the item.
  • Carrier is not responsible for removing/disposing of packing material.
  • Inspection Required. Please inspect your shipment when it arrives for damage. Item(s) that are signed for in "Good Condition" will become the buyer's responsibility.
      • If you notice serious/visible damage to your shipment, write "Refused/Damaged" on the carrier's delivery receipt.
      • Take several pictures of the damaged package. 
      • Please contact us and send photos and description of the damage within 24 hours of the attempted delivery to let us know there is a problem. We will file a claim with the carrier and start your refund.
    • If you refuse your shipment for any reason other than damage to the package, you may be subject to additional charges.
    • Buyer will be responsible for all charges, reconsignment fees, etc. due to incorrect or changes in shipping address.
    • If a customer is not available to receive a scheduled delivery, the customer must re-schedule the delivery and will be responsible for any carrier Re-delivery Fee.
    • If the item cannot be delivered and is stored in a secure storage facility, the customer will be responsible for paying all Storage Fee.
    • If the item cannot be delivered within a reasonable period of time (10 business days), in order to avoid any additional storage fees or other shipping cost, the item will be returned to our warehouse. Once it is received back in our warehouse, we will deduct all shipping costs to and from the customer from your refund.

    If your item has damage or does not work, let us know. We will make every effort to fix the problem before you return it!

    • First, call the manufacturer with the Model and Serial Numbers (from the photo of the Data Plate) to register your product and arrange for repair service under your warranty.
    • If your item is not covered under warranty, call us within 30 days of the delivery date, we will arrange for an authorized repair service to determine if the product can be fixed. 
    • If the item can be fixed, we will pay for the repair.
    • If the item cannot be fixed, we may arrange for the item to be returned and refund your money.

    Returns & Refunds - You're covered under eBay Money Back Guarantee when:

    • You don't receive an item, or
    • You receive an item that doesn't match the listing, or
    • You receive an item that is broken or faulty.
    • You must open a Return Request and follow eBay's protocols.
    • You will be responsible for packing and crating the item to ensure its safe return.
    • You must include all items that were included in the original package.
    • If you return the item missing parts or damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, sellers will deduct costs to cover the loss in the item's value from your refund.

    • It has been more than 30 days from the date you received your shipment.
    • If you do return an item for one of these reasons, once the item is received in our warehouse in good condition, we will deduct actual shipping and handling charges from your refund.
