The small holes on the product are sewn positioning points, which are unavoidable for sewn products and do not affect the quality of the products used.
Blower should remain on and continuously inflate Water Park during use. Air flow through seams is normal.
Every product is tested for functionality prior to packaging, and it is normal for seams to seep air into the seams of sewn products. It is common and essential that a small amount of air escapes from the seams, this release helps to maintain a balanced air pressure within the inflatable structure to ensure a safe and enjoyable jumping experience for your child.
The blower meeting ETL certification. There is a temperature control device in the blower, so when the blower overheats, it will automatically stop working, and when its temperature is normal, it will work again. Thank you.

2. Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time.
3. If you're given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order. We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we don't offer a pick-up option.

1. You changed your mind and wish to request a return;
2. Your product was damaged during transit;
3. You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchase;
4. You're not satisfied with any product that you have purchased.
Please note all returns must be directed to through Customer Service, please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us.
If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted.
Applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund incases where you changed your mind and wish to return the product. This also applies to order cancelled while in transit.
