2 Vintage Stamped Brass Shell & Scroll Pattern Bail Drawer Pulls & 1 Steel Knob

The bail attaches to the backplate by use of an eyebolt. The bail swings from its loops. One of the old nuts screws onto the post on the backside of the plate.

Removed from a small cabinet I bought at an estate sale. I had to have the drawer pulls! I wanted to clean them to see their original beauty. Boiled in vinegar and water solution. Scrubbed with dawn dish soap. Polished with 0000 steel wool and buffed with a Dremel. Although they looked beautiful, the bail and backplate did not match gold colors. The bail is steel or iron and the beautiful backplates are brass. The knob is steel. I decided to paint them with Rustoleum Gold Rush. There are no maker's marks. The original screws and nuts are included in the package. Please review the appearance of the backplates as one of them has more dings than the other. This is how they were removed. They are old and beautiful but there are dings. The post holes in the backplates are a little rough, but that is the nature of the beast after years of use. The first 5 photos are the restored pulls. All other photos are what they looked like prior to restoration. Please see photos for visual description.

The pulls were also sprayed with a clear top coat.
