Mauricio and Tomas Lasansky: Father and Son

Here is the central message of the entire Bible. God first made man Òin his imageÓ Ð he created us as his family on earth, with privileges as his children. Since man failed in that relationship, God is now creating a new Man who will live with the Father in Heaven. Through IsraelÕs history we learn what it takes to create the new sons of God, and in the New Testament we see the eternal Son himself, with whom we are united in the Spirit to share his life in the Family of the Trinity. At the end of time, the process will be complete, and all those who are in Christ will be transformed into the image of the Son that God loves.
