INJECTOR COPPER WASHERS

Having issues with oil leaking or power loss?

There must be a fault on your injector washers.

Also they get worn out overtime and at some point you will notice air leaks coming out of your engine sounding like faulty head gasket.

You can easy hear the issue. Air hissing from injector as piston goes up and down. 

This is not a head gasket ...

This issue needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

 Ignoring it can cause greater damage to your engine as it will frequently overheat

 and power loss in just a few minutes of driving.

Bear in mind that after changing there should be no pressure under

 Your rocker valve cover after You change copper washers.

Some engines have rubber seals around injectors. 

If there is pressure and black seals are failing You need to change copper washers 1st to fix the problem as black seals will fail too and you will have oil spillages on top.

When changing copper washers make sure it's done professionally and injector nests are properly cleaned before putting new washers in.

There's a very long compatibility list but these will fit most

1.4 1.5 1.6 1.8 HDI and TDCI

Although we did our best to find compatible vehicles when changing please ensure that your old washer is same thickness as ours.

In this case this should be 2mm...
