This is an OEM Toyota Emblem / Badge from a 2018 TRD Off Road Tacoma grille.

It has some scratches on the emblem, a piece small chunk from the back seems to be taken, and some clips are broken. It looks like the main clips need to install it are all there so it should mount well.
