Description

Charming mid century figurine depicting a stylized brown bird with his wings spread and taking off in flight. A goose or swan I think. Nicely hand painted in a drippy shades of brown glazing with a soft sheen, the bird measures 3.5" tall, 6" long, and 4" wide. The can of Coke is for a sizing reference. Made of a pottery, clay, or some type of ceramic. It is not signed and I do not know the maker-reminiscent of Howard Pierce or other MCM potteries. In excellent condition with no issues to note. Nice piece to add to your collection!
