- On a typical work day, all orders placed by 12 PM CST are processed.
- Although we don't work on weekends, we reply to all communications the same day.
- Items that are opened, used, ordered in error, or returned damaged may incur a restocking fee.
- Requests for cancellations must be sent prior to the start of shipping; otherwise, there will be a rerouting fee.
- Orders placed at their address or with a third-party shipping business can be canceled.
- A freight company ships overweight things, and the tracking number is sent out right away.
