Designed and manufactured the United States, these ductile iron tooling blocks are designed with rigidity, easy of use and coolant management in mind. We have made several key improvements over the OEM design that will improve your workflow and make your life easier:
- Modular, directional coolant system.
- Beveled side cutouts that provide plenty of space for allen wrenches to install, remove and adjust tools.
- Sunken coolant caps that allow for slightly longer boring bar length.
- Threaded coolant plugs as well as an internal (removable) coolant plug that allow you to easily switch between internal and external coolant while maintaining optimal pressure and flow.
