• The item must retain all original internal and external packaging. 
• The item itself must not be opened. We acknowledge the external box may have been opened for a visual inspection, but nothing else must be opened or used. 
• Just prior to returning it to us, ensure that there is nothing (e.g. return paperwork, email copy) stuck on the item or anywhere else inside of the box. 
• Any postage labels or return paperwork must be stuck on the outside box. 
• Once the item has been returned, we will need to deduct the initial dispatch and also the return freight charges from your refund. 
• Refunds will only be processed Paypal,  depending on the original method of payment.
