The Vest base 6sh117 - consists of two chest plates with shoulder pads and a back plate with an adjustable waist section. To improve heat and air exchange, the central part of the vest base plates is made of synthetic mesh.

The waist and shoulder parts of the Vest base have soft shock-absorbing inserts.

In the central part of the back plate there is a pocket with a flap and a textile fastener ("Velcro") for placing a flask of a watering system (Camelbak, Source, etc.) with a capacity of up to 3 liters.

The pockets of the chest and back plates can accommodate switching wires of the instrumentation. For their wiring, there are openings on the side parts of the plates between the straps of the modular fastening.
