No Returns or Guarantees. No Returns on Mis-Orders. All Sales are Final & "As Is" so please do your homework, read listing carefully, review Pictures for Damages, Ask Questions, request more Pictures. Items sold on our site are New in Box, New Open Box, New no Box, used or for parts only and may have some imperfections, scratches and scuffs. No returns or guarantees on electronic items. It is your responsibility to cross reference purchases to make sure it is what you want or a part that fits the application you are buying for. It is your responsibility to cross reference years/models, as some items may fit other years/models on parts being sold. 

Standard Shipping:

All our items are shipped standard UPS, USPS & FedEx Ground. Once items are in the hands of the carrier we cannot control delivery times. Keep in mind eBay shipping estimates are not always accurate. If you need an item shipped faster we can accommodate for additional costs. Please request costs before purchase. Most items ship within 1-2 business days. FREE SHIPPING does not include insurance. If you need insurance an additional fee will apply. Please make sure your address information is set-up correctly with eBay as we cannot be held responsible if your item is not delivered or held at a facility waiting for correct information.

U.S. Shipments: FREE SHIPPING in the U.S. only applies to the lower 48 states.

Items shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, AFO/FPO and U.S. Protectorates may require additional costs. Please ask for costs before buying item so we can advise accordingly.

Overseas Shipments:

We will not be responsible for overseas shipments once the carrier accepts the shipment. Once the item enters your country of origin we cannot be held responsible for refunds due to damage, lost, mis-delivered or items held in customs. Some items may be shipped to countries that have sub-standard customs facilities or delivery services of which we cannot be held responsible for once it is out of our control. All Duties, Taxes and Fee’s are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Assistance:

On larger shipments we can assist in palletizing and shipping. We have discounted rates on Pallets, Crates, LTL, and FTL Loads. We have a Warehouse in Anaheim, CA with a Forlklift to load.

Payments:

We only accept payments thru eBay, Zelle or Cash on pickup.

No item can be picked up or shipped until payment is made full.

Returns:

We try to provide a good description and good pictures, but mistakes will be made on both parties, so we want to keep our customers happy and our rating in good standing with eBay. Please before you open a case with eBay contact us to address your concerns. We usually do not accept returns as we sell mostly used items that can be used for parts or may be a serviceable functional item.

If we do agree to accept a return you will be responsible for shipping costs and to return the item in the same condition that you received it in as we will not accept damaged items due to poor repacking or carelessness. You will also be responsible for a 20% restocking and handling fee.
