ABOUT THE STAMP:
The stamp depicts the Gathering of the Constituent Assembly. That image was applied into the stamp frame in order to represent the Constituent Assembly event of the year 1823. The facial value was place on a banner shape and a blue background was placed in order to highlight even more the illustration. The technique used was computer graphics and image retouch.
