[Explanation] Original by Shotaro Ishinomori, "Android Kikaider" was broadcast on the NET (now TV Asahi) series in July 1972 ~ May 1973 in the midst of the transformation boom. This series,
which was created under the theme of "androids tormented between justice and evil," was a huge hit with various topics such as the android Jiro who appears while playing the guitar, the asymmetrical Kikaider design that expresses an incomplete conscience circuit, and the evil hero Hakaider who appears in the second half of the series.
