1. Please provide your computer serial number.

2. Take pictures of the back of the computer case.

3. Take photos of the original motherboard with factory code (e.g., NM-****) and part material number (e.g., FRU PN ******).

You have to choose one of three. Leave a message for customer service. So that customer service to check the motherboard, to ensure the normal delivery.

 

Can not be used normally after receiving the goods problem:

The first method: Unplug the battery and connect the charging adapter directly.

The second method: Unplug the memory. Reinstall the memory or replace the memory or do not install the memory. 

Third method: the motherboard separately connected to the display try.
