Very nice condition with no chips, cracks, breaks, etc.  The vibrant color makes it an incredible decorative item as a standalone piece, but the lime green color freaky accentuates fresh flowers, almost mimicking the green stems as nature presents them.  Classic design, and stands 9" tall.  Some very small smudges on surface from years of storage the I made no attempt to clean off.  With that said, always the possibility that they don't clean, but honestly look like they will, and are hardly noticeable.  Pictures provided of each side and angle, so please refer to them for further description and condition.
