Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately won't be able to offer you a refund. For a return to be eligible, the item must be in its original unused condition in which it was originally received. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. 

 
Warranty:

All of my work is backed by a 1 year warranty. If you have any issues with your watch within the first year, feel free to reach out and I’ll help you take care of it free of charge. If there is an issue past the 1 year warranty period, I will still help you get it taken care of and offer highly discounted prices on replacement parts.
