AUTOMATION CONTROL 4U PRODUCT CONDITION DESCRIPTION CLASSIFICATIONS:

EXCELLENT SECOND USER: Removed from working machines, tested and are in full working order without the original packaging. May have some small signs of previous usage but this does not affect the products.

NEW UNBOXED: Brand new and unused but does not come in the original manufacturers packaging.

NEW BOXED: Brand new, unused and are in the original manufacturers packaging but the packaging has been opened or wouldn’t have had a manufacturers seal.

NEW FACTORY SEAL BROKEN: Brand new, unused and are in the original manufacturers packaging but the packaging seal is not intact.

FACTORY SEALED: Brand new in the original sealed box, this has never been opened and comes as it would have done on leaving the manufacturer.

Please get in touch if you wish to purchase more than one product, stock levels change regularly so there may be more available than listed. Office hours are: Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

All of our products are packaged with the upmost care and consideration to insure they arrive without any change to their condition.

UK Postage: This order is dispatched within 24 hours of payment within the office hours of 9am until 4pm Monday to Friday. 

This order is dispatched via Royal Mail First Class signed for Delivery within 1-2 days next day, this requires a signature on delivery. Dispatch on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday before 1pm. Any tracking details are provided on the day of dispatch. 

International Postage: is through the Global Shipping Program ONLY. The postage cost is worked out via this service and not by ourselves. Once the product has been received by the Global Shipping Program within the UK the responsibility for delivery times and tracking is with them and not Automation Controls 4U. We will always have tracking and proof of delivery to the Global Shipping handling depot within the UK. We post to the UK Global Shipping Depot within the same time scale as UK postage details above.

Returns and Warranty

Products will not be refunded because you change your mind so please make sure you're ordering the correct item before purchasing and we have answered any questions you may have before completing the purchase.

All items have a 30-day warranty. If you have any issues your product you must contact us via email within that 30-day period before returning the item. You will then you will have a further 7 days to return the product in its original packaging.

Once the item is returned and received it will then be appraised by us and following a clear appraisal, we will offer a full refund or replacement depending on your needs. Replacements are subject to stock levels at the time.

Return postage costs and tracking of the return is the responsibility of the buyer. We request the minimum return service you use should be tracked and signed for on delivery to us. Return postage will refunded if on appraisal the items are found to be faulty at no fault of the buyer and you can provide a receipt for the postage costs. Any items not received by us will not be refunded unless proof of delivery can be given from the buyer in signature form.

All product serial numbers are recorded; pictures are stored and marked so we can identify original stock. We will not refund any stock returned that was not sold by us.

**Automation Control 4U is not an authorised surplus dealer or affiliate for the manufacturer of its product; because of this none of the items come with the original manufacturer’s warranty so these warranty's do not apply. **
