Thank you for viewing this beautiful Ritani diamond engagement setting.  This listing is for the setting only.  The setting contains 50  diamonds weighting .22 carats.  The diamonds are an average grade of G color and VS clarity. The ring size is 6.5. The weight is 4 grams of 950 platinum.  The CENTER STONE ONLY is a cubic zirconia set for display purposes to help you visualize how your diamond would look in the setting or to use the ring with the cubic zirconia set in there as is.  THE OTHER STONES ARE GENUINE DIAMONDS, NOT LAB CREATED.   The cubic zirconia is approximately 6 mm which is the equivalent mm size of a 3/4 carat diamond should you decide to replace the CZ with a diamond.  If you'd like to purchase a diamond to put in the setting I'd of course be happy to accommodate that jewelry related request as well.  The ring comes with a ring gift box
