Warranty
All new items come complete with manufacturer’s warranty. These are usually 12 months. Any issues arriving in the 1st 30 days are managed with us directly. After 30 days all faulty items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and is provided by them directly.

Manufacturer Warranties
All our items are covered by manufacturers warranties. The manufacturer is responsible for setting the terms and conditions of any warranty and obviously has to comply with local laws. But it is the manufactures who sets out those terms and conditions, we simply have to follow their guidance. While we will always endeavour to assist with any issues, and we will always undertake our legal obligations we sometimes have to refer to the manufacture. We will try deal with any issues, promptly and offer any assistance that we can.

Fair wear and tear
Some product such as video game controllers are subject to fair wear and tear conditions and this means that excessive usage can be exempt from warranties.

Returns

Change of mind
All purchases from Technology and Media give the buyer 30 days from date of delivery to cancel their order. The item must be returned in un-opened sealed condition. The buyer needs to request a return prior to returning an item. The buyer must pay for return postage in all cases and have it delivered back to Technology and Media within 7 working days of the return request.

Faulty items
If you are unhappy with any item you purchase from our store then you must advise us immediately on its arrival so that the issue can be logged and accordingly dealt with. Items that are returned will be inspected and once agreed with customer will be refunded within 7 days.

In transit damage
If you think your item has arrived damaged, we expect you to have notified the courier immediately. We will take account of this in dealing with any issues.

Fraud prevention using CCTV recording
We undertake robust data collection of all orders leaving our warehouses and any returned items, this is to prevent fraud and attempted criminal activity. We only collect necessary data and only hold it for as long as is necessary.

We record all our items being packaged on CCTV this includes visually recording serial numbers and product seals to prove what was sent out and in what condition. We do the same to returned items.
