Regarding product wrinkles
When we send you the product, the larger sized pieces may have a habit of folding.
The wrinkles will settle naturally over time.
To quickly remove the habit, soak the product in hot water of around 95 degrees Celsius for about 5 minutes, and then wipe off the water while the product is placed on a flat surface.
Please be careful to avoid burns when performing this method.
