Engine powerhead for a yamaha 25hp  2stroke 1980s  25ELO , 695 , serial numbers given in the pictures ,  this came in with a job lot of outboard spares i have never ran it  and history unknown ,  i have compression tested  and getting readings of 150 psi which is yamaha factory spec really high good compression ,  turns over lovely not seized at all ,  block looks good the obly fault i can find is one snapped bolt in the cylinder head and one bolt is missing ,  its coming with loads of extras ,  stator , toothed flywheel , cdi , ignition coil ( all untested ) picture of the outboard and serial number for reference only not included in the sale ,  due to age nearly 50 years old i can not offer any warranty , SOLD AS PARTS ONLY NOT WORKING  ,  see my feedback for outboard spares sold in the past .
