Item is in very good used condition.  Her hair has been washed and combed.  Body has some discoloration on legs (common for these unfortunately).  She has a dark mark by one eye and a red smear near her lips (see photos).  Comes with dress only.  Dress is very good condition.  Last photo shows doll held horizontally so you can see the tightness of her arm and leg joints.
