Most of our items listed without any delivery charges (FREE Delivery) however we do pay £9.50 to the courier for UK mainland delivery service and this cost is already included in the the item cost. In the event if the item no longer needed or order by mistake and customer wanted to return for refund, delivery charges will be deducted from the total refund cost. We aim to dispatch this item in the earliest opportunity after receiving the payment. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque or placing special back order. Please note, Some items may take a few extra days to dispatch depending on stock at the time of the order. We try to dispatch items on time as listed unless we contact you to state otherwise. We do ship abroad and all prices are in the listing, if your country is not in the shipping location, contact us and we can price up delivery for you if its possible. We use ParcelForce, UPS, DPD, FedEx and Royal Mail with  Recorded Delivery. Delivery times vary from 24 hours to 14 working days depending on the item stock and delivery location. IMPORTANT NOTES FOR RETURN/CANCELLATION:
Items ordered by mistake without verifying the compatibility or cancellation requests with false reason may not be authorized, so please read the description and fitment information carefully. Retuns open with an incorrect reason will get reported to ebay so please make sure you use the correct reason for return.

If the part ordered is not the right one for your vehicle we are happy to accept a return within 14 days provided it has not been fitted and is returned as brand new in the original clean and unmarked packaging. The customer is responsible for arranging a return and return postage costs.

Item orders by mistake may be subjected to a return authorization. We do not accept false, incorrect or misleading return reasons so please confirm the item with us before purchase.

1) It is our policy to firstly replace incorrect or faulty items before we refund. You will be asked for a photo of the sent item and the original part to validate our claim.   
2) Warranty comes directly from the manufacturer. Due to the longer warranty from the manufacturer, we now give - without any increase in the base price, unfortunately for us to afford to be able to give such fantastically services, the cost of returning the part must be carried by the buyer - unless an alternative arrangement has been expressly agreed by ourselves.   
3) Refunds may take up to 5-days to appear on your statement from the date on which they were actioned. The method of refund will typically be the same as that used to pay (credit card payments cannot normally be refunded via cheque or cash for example).   
4) We need to have received all relevant parts (whether correct, incorrect or faulty) back at our premises for inspection before we can make the appropriate decision. This is a procedure that takes time and will not be hurried.   
5) It is the customers’ responsibility to send items back via either recorded or special delivery means in order to obtain a tracking number and signature - proof of postage is not the same as proof of delivery.   
6) For all items to be returned under any circumstances, it is the customers' responsibility to keep them in a safe environment & return them in as near to the same condition in which they were supplied as possible.   
7) Orders cancelled prior or after dispatch & parts wrongly ordered/ correctly supplied but no longer wanted may be subject upto a 25% handling charge/ restocking fee.   
8) Pre orders special order parts may only eligible for a credit note.   
9) Multiple orders which contain one or more incorrect or damaged item will be offered a replacement or refund for the incorrect items only – not the whole order.
