How to claim Warranty / Exchange / Return?

For any claim, contact us through eBay and one of our customer service agents will be happy to assist you and give you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Everything that is returned to our warehouse needs a RMA code, so make sure to contact us before sending anything back.
