This is The Amazing Spider-Man Volume 3 issue #9 originally published in 2015 by Marvel Comics. This issue features the 1st appearance of Solus and the 2nd appearance of Gwen Stacy as Spider-Woman.
The book is in NM (9.4) condition. The cover is clean, flat, and glossy. The spine has a couple of very small stress creases that do not break color. The bottom of the spine has a tiny bindery tear. The corners are all sharp and square. The interior pages are clean and white.
