Compass Awards is a patch based recognition program to highlight a child's personal achievements. This "merit badge" style program has been used by many private camps, after school programs and several National youth organizations.

Activity patches can then velcro to the larger patch to chart a child's progress and be displayed with pride. Whether it is a patch for swimming, rock climbing or just exhibiting team leadership.
