IN A MULTI COLOR STRIPED WOOL WITH PORTIONS OF THE STRIPES HAVING A NUBBY RAISED DOT DESIGN
CARTRIDGE PLEATED TOP WITH WOOL BINDING TRIMMING THE TOP EDGE WITH TIES IN THE REAR
THE BOTTOM IS IN A RED WOOL WITH LAVISH WOOL EMBROIDERY RUNNING FULLY AROUND
THE BOTTOM IS BOUND IN WOOL WITH A BLUE MUSLIN LINING THE INNER HEM
CONDITION: THE WOOL BINDING HAS LIFTED OFF SEVERAL CARTRIDGE PLEATS ON THE REAR WAISTLINE. WHEN EXAMINED ON THE INTERIOR THE LENGTH COULD BE RELEASED AN ADDITIONAL 3 INCHES FROM A PLEAT THAT WAS TAKEN INSIDE.
