New 12 Volt 6 Terminal Solenoid Reversing Relay This solenoid will work only with Permanent Magnet Motors. It will not work with the older style motors with copper field coils. This solenoid switch is used to reverse polarity on Permanent Magnet winch motors with 2 terminal posts. It will not work on Winch motors with 3 terminal posts
