Items are sold as described, As Is Where As. Some have generic pictures to demonstrate the use, but all have a specific picture of the actual item. Brand new items are not opened and specifics such as color MUST be confirmed by using the part number supplied. Please be sure to read the condition description and look at ALL photos. You must call to notify us of any special shipping requests, otherwise your package will ship within 3 business days. We are not liable for delays that are out of our control, such as weather, disasters, CUSTOMS, shipper logistic or other events after the item is placed with the shipper.
All packages include $100 Canadian insurance and you must contact us if you would like to add insurance at the rate of $3.00 per $100. Any claim is only processed through Canada Post and any payment is in Canadian funds. We are not liable for un-insured, under-insured packages that get lost or damaged. We only use Canada Post as our main shipping carrier and all items are shipped from CANADA. Shipping timelines are ESTIMATES only and are not GAURUNTEED SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES. Tracking number will be provided. Shipping costs have significantly inflated for various reasons, this is just a basic fact. We charge a flat rate what the average shipping costs us.
International Shipping: We welcome international customers outside of Canada and the Continental USA to purchase our items. If you do not see a shipping quote to your country, please contact us and we will provide you with one. You must provide us with a correct shipping address in English upon purchasing an item. If your package is returned to us because it was undeliverable, only the purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded. The cost of shipping will not be refunded to you. Taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and customs fees on items shipped internationally are the responsibility of the buyer, they are not included in the sale or shipping price.
Return Policy-There are no returns, unless by seller error. Example: the wrong size was sent and any return requires prior authorization with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) #. Please initiate an eBay return to receive an RMA #. Any returns without an RMA # will not be processed.
• Item must be in original condition & packaging with all tags attached.
• Any items that are open, used, worn, contain smoke odor, pet hair or anything not in the original condition will NOT be accepted.
• Use of the manufacturer's product packaging for a shipping container will result in a 50% restocking fee (the product's packaging must be kept in new condition).
• We do NOT pay for shipping on exchanged items to us & back to you.
