- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Please make sure the product is unopened, unused and the seals fully intact.
- It must also be in the original packaging and you have to send it back bevor we can issue a replacement or refund.
- All returns must be labeled and marked as RETURN OF GOODS electronicly/digitaly and visibly on the package itself!
- If the returned product complies with the above rules we will process the refund within 48 hours.
- If 30 days have past by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or replacement.

DAMAGE Damaged orders are extreme rare. However, if you think your order and/or its package is damaged it is absolutly necessary and inevitable to notify your postmen and/or local post office and/or fill a complaint/claim with these. We can only take action if your last mile carrier has been notified and there is written evidience.
