Why we choice Cerakote C series ceramic coatings

We are not worried about cost! Its more durable and wont have to worry about chemicals. We wanted the best coatings available. It will also be the same colour every time unlike an anodised part. Its a very thin coating which is used on many high-end products and becoming the go to for a lot of products these days. 

Information on coating procedure

Every part that is Cerakoted is done in house to ensure quality. It has to be cleaned first. Then soaked in acetone. Then it has to be blasted with aluminium oxide. This takes any flaws out of part. Its then blowed down. I then spray the part with a special Cerakote spray gun in a spray booth. Then the parts are left to go hard and flatten.
