Very rare advertising piece for Stella Artois. This item features "Stella", with the tradional star logo on the top.  Original glass bowl included, with no chips, cracks, etc.  Stainless steel caddy had a handle designed to be hung over ledge behind bar, but also designed to free stand.  Very good condition all around.  I made no attempt to clean or polish this vintage item.
