2009 PCGS MS70 Ultra High Relief Double Eagle Signed John M. Mercanti First Strike !

Up for sale is a REALLY RARE 2009 Ultra High Relief Double Eagle coin. First Strike and signed by Mercanti. PCGS website states only 7 of these coins in regular strike are out there and only 1 in First??  I'm not guaranteeing the rarity of this coin but it's definitely of very low population.  I purchased this coin when it was first released and it has been stored in a home safe.
