Returns/Refunds: We allow returns under certain circumstances. We take pride in accurate listing titles and details and take the time to provide great photos. If you receive an order that is not accurate and there is an error on our part, we absolutely will accept a return because the fault is our own. If we did not package your order safely and it was damaged during shipment we absolutely will accept a return because the fault is our own.

If a buyer purchased an item without fully reading our description or viewing all the photos and details and then claim its not what they wanted because they did NOT fully check all details we have provided we will not accept a return. It is the buyers responsibility to check every listings details and photos before making a purchase from any seller or on any site. Some sellers or sites do not provide much details but we do.

If a buyer purchased an item and then changed their mind after payment or receiving shipment we do not provide returns or refunds for buyers remorse. Please be mindful of what your spending your money on, take time, read & research and then spend your hard earned cash.

Returns must be approved by us before shipping an order back. Orders that are returned must be packaged safely and received back in the same condition as originally listed. Refunds will not be given if an item has been used, opened or damaged from it's original condition from listing. If an item is deemed approved for return, the refund will be the item price and DOES NOT include shipping cost. A 15% restocking may apply on items returned. If for any reason an order is approved for return and the reason for returning is not a fault of our own, buyers must pay return shipping to send it back to us.

Returns Amended: The following additions will be added to returns. Any products that are misused causing it to become damaged or non functioning will not be accepted as a return. Clothing will be listed with dimensions and measurements to ensure the best fit based on an individuals body type and measurements. Clothing will be listed identifying any problem areas if not new. If your wear an article of clothing out that causes damages we will not accept a return of if an article of clothing is returned with damages other that what a buyer specified as the issue, a return will be denied. Electronics are usually tested prior to shipping. If any electronics are claimed to not function, we will attempt to troubleshoot the product with buyer and investigate what caused it to not function before proceeding to a return. Again buyers are to pay return shipping and pay a 15% restocking fee only if there is a fault of our own. The 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Buyers remorse or finding a better price is not an acceptable return reason. If refunds are given it will be for the product cost paid by buyer and does not include shipping cost which will be deducted from refund amount to buyer. If an item offers free shipping, our shipping cost to send to the buyer will be deducted from a refund amount. Contact us first with any issues to figure out if a return is warranted.
