Reviewed in the United States on February 25, 2024 This is a nice watch band, and it really serves the Ultra watches well and classes them up from rubber or fabric bands. The color match is almost exactly the same. As with most metal bands, you'll need to customize the fit. I spent about one whole hour getting mine to fit. Fortunately, they give you all the tools to get the pins removed, and they give you several replacement heads for removing the pins. I have a small wrist as a male, and I ended up removing every possible link, and the watch band was still to large. This is where the documentation abandoned me. I could tell that the clasp had three adjustments and out of the box, and the clasp adjustment was for the largest fit out of the box. I struggled to figure out how to get the pin out on the clasp, and the documentation didn't mention how to adjust the three distinct claps settings. I thought it was the same pin mechanism as the links, but after breaking several heads, I finally discovered that the clasp uses a spring loaded pin; you can easily adjust the three settings on the clasp by gently pressing in the spring and collapsing the pin rather than pounding it out. I wish this was documented. Ultimately, with all links removed and the clasp in the smallest of three positions, this band just barely fits my small wrist. I could probably have used another link removal to make it fit to my desired snugness. Again, this only applies to those with the smallest of wrists. That said, my Apple Nike band and as well as the OEM Alpine band fit with no problem. If you're on the smallest side of Ultra wearers, please be warned that this may not fit super snug. That said, despite really wrenching on the band, it has yet to show any scratches and it feels quality once installed. It makes a little shaky noise when I rattle my wrist which my finest Swiss watches (IWC/Zenith) with metal bands don't. At this price point though, it's far cheaper than an OEM metal band and it fits the style and look of the Ultra. Returns Amended: The following additions will be added to returns. Any products that are misused causing it to become damaged or non functioning will not be accepted as a return. If your wear an article of clothing out that causes damages we will not accept a return of if an article of clothing is returned with damages other that what a buyer specified as the issue, a return will be denied. Electronics are usually tested prior to shipping. If any electronics are claimed to not function, we will attempt to troubleshoot the product with buyer and investigate what caused it to not function before proceeding to a return. Again buyers are to pay return shipping and pay a 15% restocking fee only if there is a fault of our own. The 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Buyers remorse or finding a better price is not an acceptable return reason. If refunds are given it will be for the product cost paid by buyer and does not include shipping cost which will be deducted from refund amount to buyer.
