Care and germination:

The seeds are placed on moist soil and sprayed with water daily. After 3-4 weeks, the seeds should start to germinate. It grows a 2 to 3 meter tall plant with beautiful large leaves and a thick stem. If necessary, the plant can be decapitated to contain its height. The plant urgently needs to be brought indoors in winter, as it does not survive frost. A sunny to moderately sunny location is ideal. The plant should be watered every 1 to two days, twice a week in winter. The plant should be fertilized weekly except in winter.

Pflege und Keimung:

Die Samen werden auf feuchte Erde gelegt und täglich mit Wasser besprüht. Nach 3-4 Wochen sollten die Samen anfangen zu keimen. Es wächst eine 2 bis 3 Meter große Pflanze mit schönen großen Blättern und dickem Stiel. Bei Bedarf kann die Pflanze geköpft werden, um ihre Höhe einzudämmen. Die Pflanze muss im Winter dringend hereingeholt werden, da sie Frost nicht übersteht. Ein sonniger bis mäßig sonniger Standort sind optimal. Die Pflanze sollte alle 1 bis zwei Tage gegossen werden, im Winter zweimal wöchentlich. Die Pflanze sollte außer im Winter wöchentlich gedüngt werden.
