I left it charging for 2 nights, and it shows 2 bars after being unhooked.   Most likely, it needs a new battery as this one won't fully charge or last. 

I marked it 'parts' since I only charged it to see if it would turn on with no other testing.

Includes only the items in the pictures.

No charger or SD cards included.
