Orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail, typically on Mondays.

If overnight lows in your area are below 45 degrees, please add a heat pack ($3.50) to your order.

Terms

• Plants are shipped bare root.
• For all listings, plants will be the same species and locality as in the product description.
• For fixed-price listings, rooted plants will be similar in size to the picture. Cuttings will at least consist of a single segment. Feel free to inquire about size.
• For auctions, you will receive the exact plant shown in the picture.
• Locality data, when applicable, is in the description.

Refunds and returns

Refunds and returns are entirely at our discretion and must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order by contacting us directly. We may opt to exchange products instead. Refunds and returns will generally only be accepted for one of the following reasons:

1. One or more products arrive dead or damaged.
2. You receive an incorrect product, i.e. the product does not approximately match the product image on the website.
3. Your order is lost during shipping.

We make every effort to ensure our plants are correctly identified. If a plant you receive is incorrectly identified, please let us know.

If you do not add a heat pack to your order, and overnight lows in your area are below 45 degrees, we will not offer a refund or replacement in case of cold damage.
