It is an ORIGINAL FIRST EDITION print SIGNED by Vice Admiral Sir Richard Janvrin KCB, DSC and Commander Charles Lamb DSO, DSC, RN in pencil to the margin.
On the night of November 11/12 1940
Lt. H.R.B. JANVRIN was the Observer flying with Lt.(A) L.J.
KIGGELL in Swordfish L4P from HMS Illustrious.
Lt.(A) C.B. LAMB was the Pilot of Swordfish L5B from HMS
Illustrious.
The OTHER has some slight foxing around the border, which could
be ‘lost’ with careful framing. This one has the same two signatures (JANVRIN
and LAMB)

I AM ALSO INCLUDING TWO Swatches of ORIGINAL (Flown) Irish Linen Fabric which was removed from the port aileron of Swordfish W5856 during her restoration at Brough. One was signed for me in 2004 by ‘Alfie’ Sutton and the other by John Wellham PLUS Les Sayer (TAG who flew from HMS Victorious to attack BISMARCK)
