Toshio Kaneko
Born in Chiba Prefecture. After graduating from the Cutting Department of the Japan Clothing College, he learned sewing techniques at Matsuya Ginza's custom men's clothing atelier. After working at Harvard Co., Ltd., he was in charge of patterns and techniques for Takeo Kikuchi and other companies at World Co., Ltd. In 2001, he founded Serio Co., Ltd., which handles pattern making for apparel companies and operates the pattern shop "Fleur, the Pattern Shop for Clothing" (this data was published at the time of the book's publication)
