Both items marked "Girls Size 12" (The knit fabric will stretch, so I believe there is the possibility that this set would fit an adult petite, but you be the judge.)
Please pay careful attention to actual measurements:
Vest, when laid flat:
*** 16" from armpit to armpit,
*** 25 3/4" from the top of shoulder seam to the bottom edge of vest,
*** 17 1/2" from the armpit seam to the bottom edge of the vest.
Skirt:
*** 24" interior measurement of waist (elastic waist still structurally sound)
*** 18" total length, from top of waist to bottom edge of skirt.
Vest and skirt are in excellent condition, unworn, with no damage.
Colors are as the day this set was made, with no fading.
tie-string is present, as shown. Both pieces are structurally sound, and could be worn today.
