Shipping

Depends on size and weight of purchased item and destination we are shipping orders using Royal Mail for orders which weight is less 1 kg, UPS Next Day Service for orders with weight more 1 kg and less 10 kg or Hermes where destination is outside of UK Mainland.

Payment options

We encourage our customers to contact us with any eBay related enquiries by using the eBay messaging system. We aim to reply to all messages within 12 hours. Our eBay team is available Monday – Friday between 9am to 5pm.

Return policy

Please note you may change your mind and cancel part or all of your order with us at any time up to 14 days after you receive the item. Returned item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for postage.

If any of the item(s) are incorrect, damaged or faulty then please message us via eBay messaging and post the item back to us within 30 days from the date of purchase, if you wish to receive a full refund. If you wish to receive a replacement item please let us know via eBay messaging and we will dispatch the item. We will refund the cost of return for the faulty item once the item has been received.
