This is definitely A VINTAGE sweater. The design itself seems to be a 50s style. The sweater itself at my best guess is 80s however, a lined small cardigan with pearl buttons in the style and construction of this sweater is for sure a 50s type. Definitely I would guess 50 years old approximately.
