The Plague Battle Tank has the option to add the side & top panels and gun from the Transporter.

3d printed in 40k Heroic scale. Assembly may be required.  I recommend Gel superglue.  Plastic glue is NOT suitable!

Supplied cured and without any major supports, but you may need to remove small touchpoints and ultra-tiny supports left on the model. Please use a model knife and fine sandpaper.
